Lindsay Lohan – Lindsay Lohan’s Alleged Assaulter Released, Charges Dropped - Making headlines yet again for legal reasons, Lindsay Lohan was allegedly punched and choked during an altercation in her New York City hotel room on Saturday (September 29).

According to reports, the 26-year-old actress invited Christian LaBella back to her W Hotel room after partying with him at 1Oak Night Club.

Back at her digs, LiLo and LaBella got into an argument after the starlet reportedly found pictures of herself on his cell phone. Christian didn’t take kindly to Lohan’s attempt to take his phone, after which he allegedly punched and choked the “Liz & Dick” star, causing her to run out of the room and pull the hotel’s fire alarm.

On Sunday (September 30), NYPD confirmed the situation, giving a statement: “Police were called to the W Hotel, following a phone call for assault. We took the man into custody shortly after 6 a.m., and he was charged this afternoon.”

LaBella was arrested for misdemeanor assault and harassment, but breaking reports tell that he has since been released with the pair of charges having been dropped. The investigation has also been closed.
